Observation on the Therapeutic Effect and Complication Rate of Totally Laparoscopic Total Gastrectomy and Laparoscopic-Assisted Total Gastrectomy in the Treatment of Gastric Cancer

Objective: To investigate the effect and complication rate of totally laparoscopic laparoscopic-assisted total gastrectomy in treatment gastric cancer. Methods: From March 2019 to July 2021, 60 patients with cancer were selected as subjects this study; group A underwent gastrectomy, whereas those B gastrectomy; compared between two groups. Results: The postoperative recovery was significantly better than that A, complications (10.00%) lower (33.33%) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: For cancer, has therapeutic complications, which is worthy popularization.
